FAQs
When can I expect my stamp to arrive?
It takes 5-7 business days to produce + depending on where you live from Sydney, another 5 business days for shipping. So expect it to take TWO weeks from when you order.
Can you do rush orders?
Due to the handcrafted nature of the stamps, we can't do rush orders. You can however select express shipping to receive it faster than standard shipping. We suggest ordering your stamp 2 weeks before you need it to give you enough buffer in case there's delays.
Can I see a preview of the artwork before it gets made?
Yes please tick the checkbox in the customisation form and you'll get an artwork preview in 1 business day or less. Otherwise contact us if you'd like to see it before purchasing.
Can you personalise with non-Latin characters? Yes!
Can you change 'ex libris' to something else? Or change a bit of the design?
Yes! Just add a note at checkout.

I'd been looking forward to this for a while, and the stamp easily exceeds the high hopes I'd had. Not only is the design itself beautiful (the preview Jess sent through didn't do it justice), but the wood itself is stunning as well. High quality all around, and clearly someone who takes the greatest pride in her craft.

Fabulous stamp - really happy with it
The stamp is beautifully detailed and mounted on a lovely timber holder. A gentle press onto the ink pad and then onto my books and I have the most gorgeous name plate, all the details transferred and it’s so pretty, I love it!
