Wholesale Terms and Conditions

If you'd like to enquire about being a stockist please read the below terms and conditions and fill out a stockist application here

HOW TO ORDER:

Approved retailers will have online access to our wholesale section of Fleur & Fable for easy checkout. Simply add products to the cart or use the Quick Order Form link found in your account page. Only products available for wholesale will be displayed on your wholesale account (bookplate stickers). For any other products please email info@fleurandfable.com.au 

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in AU dollars. All authorised retailers will receive 50% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping ($18 flat rate Australia). Prices are subject to change without notice. 

OPENING ORDERS:

A minimum order of $100 is required on opening orders. Orders must be paid for before items are shipped out.

RE-ORDERS:

$100 minimum order is required for re-orders. 

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to info@fleurandfable.com.au within 48 hours.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Bank transfer, PayPal or Card

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment, either via courier or AusPost.

BACK ORDERS:

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back ordered and if directed we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately at our cost unless otherwise discussed.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Jess at info@fleurandfable.com.au within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

CONSIGNMENT:

At this time, we are not able to do consignment. 

PRODUCT IMAGES:

We are happy to supply high resolution images of our products for your website. We also please ask that you credit our work when sharing on any social media platform.
