Zebra G Nib
Workhorse, beginner friendly nib.
On Jess' scale of 0-10 (0 being very fine to 10 being very thick), it makes a line weight range of 1-5. Perfect if you want a steady stroke from fine to reasonably thick lines.
Before first use: Scrub the nib with toothpaste to remove the manufacturer's film coating the nib. The slightly abrasive nature of toothpaste works well in this case. If later on you find the nib is 'beading' up with ink instead of smoothly coating it, try the toothpaste hack again.
